GZipped proofed & prepping for 2.7

Minor adjustments to the server, toggled on the master switch for gzip compression (for non web developer ppl: it makes pages load faster). GZip was known to break some ajax on this site in the past. Feel free to report any bugs found. Meanwhile waiting for the official release of Wordpress 2.7. Been testing the trunk code for a while, major Admin UI revamping. Definitely something to look forward to in the upcoming update. Probably resume more site tweaking after my exams.
